I believe this one broke with a PR Newswire piece from Wal-Mart. (not to say there aren't smart young kids in Arkansas)

Nope! I did not like the field. Never took a board test.

but, what
usually happens is that people (press or one of their agents) have a young smart kid
sitting in the Court Clerk's office who quickly reads the complaint as it is filed and puts
out the word. The complaint served to defendants takes at least a day or more to show
up. So it is by no means unusual for a company to hear about a suit from the press.


I do not recall it being that way 20 years ago<G>
