I guess a big mouth gets you the most attention, but IMO, just a smoke screen to try to delay the advent of this emerging market. Misleading the public to believe they are the leaders in this field is just fowl. Plain and simple. I don't think the banking industry is that naieve. Much of the early attention in the field focused on MSFDC, formed in June 1997 by Microsoft Corp. and First Data Corp. The Denver-based venture recently added Citigroup as a shareholder and changed its name to TransPoint.
