O.K....We have the answer to the question "Have our CAWS common stock shares been extinguished, or cancelled?". The answer is YES!!

Mr. Gelber of Skadden Arps was kind enough to return my call and discuss the CAI Wireless bankruptcy with me. He is not a court appointed attorney, at all, as I had indicated, but rather is representing CAI Wireless in the proceedings....the "Debtors", of course. Many bankruptcy courts appoint an attorney for the "Creditors", which might have included us common stock shareholders under some lines of thought. However, there was not an attorney appointed for the Creditors in these proceedings. (My thinking about the Debtors and Creditors was backwards....temporary case of CRS!)

Doesn't matter anyway...it's all over for us! JA and company wins again...where is justice? The bankruptcy laws were written to protect companies, not us little shareholders. They give companies a license to steal!! It is no wonder that the average American citizen doesn't believe there is any justice in our justice system!!

Perhaps we all learned some lessons in this investment experience, an expensive one!

Good luck to all of you in your future, more thought out investments.
