Steve, hence you just asked the wrong question.

Of course Yousy is formally correct but his
lecturing is largely irrelevant to the 400MHz
issue. I feel his intentions were to create
an image of tremendous complexity that must
lead public to believe that AMD hit the
"speed wall". I just made an argument that
things are not too bad.
