yes it would for the moment. But, there is no way to convince every body because not every body reads SI. Even if we could accomplish it with NFSC the shorters would just borrow else where. The only way to get the shorters is from the sale/merger of the company where the DCI certificates would be called in and new certificates issued with a new name and cusip.

Root,

I want to second Joe's comments and add that "cert. calls" almost always end up as hype parties with increased volatility and end up hurting the company and shareholders in the long run.
