I believe statistics show most non US adoptions last year were of Asian babies, This is because its still hard to get a white baby from the eastern bloc. It is a myth that this is possible today, its not apparently - well its a kind of black market experience I guess. When adopting from the former eastern bloc becomes legitimized, most foreign adoptions will come from there imo. Is it also illegal for a white couple to adopt a mixed race child do you know? I must say it is a mystery to me why a couple would adopt from an asian country vs. a mixed race child from the US?
