I agree.

I partly agree. Although I doubt that WLL will be as much as 50% cheaper than a mobile. On the other end lets not forget the old wireline since it is often subsidized and also it keeps the inflated and inefficient state telecoms busy. Paradoxical as it may sound, employing large number of people to dig wires may be smarter than use forex to buy state-of-the-art.
