Mr. Saxon I'll give it a try on a few of these. 1 What happened to the Russell Report? My guess is we'll get it with the J/L test results or not at all 2 Is CPM still with us? Only if there is a way to pursue the Mexico deal and other standard properties. They made it clear a long time ago they had no interest in "black box" technology. 3 what happened with the potential deal in Africa? Don't know. 4 Will we be getting COC numbers soon on J/L? I would assume anyone willing to lay their head on the chopping block with the history of Naxos will want to be INCREDIBLY confident of any data they submit. With that in mind, I am assuming that double and triple checking is going on right now. When J/L and the lab are confident, we will see news. Not a day sooner. 5 I suspect Mexico deal with Laminco now dead am I right? It was going to be funded by us. We said "no thanks" so unless Naxos figures out a way to keep the deal alive with funding from CPM or another source, it's in limbo. 6 Is JJ coming back with a more involved role again? Don't know. 7 What about Fred Arkoosh, is he still active? I hear he runs twice a week and still plays a good game of tennis But just in case, that's not what you meant, he has a very large block of shares and if he could have some impact on the future of Naxos, and he was given the chance, I think he would want to be involved. However, I have not heard any specifics. 8 Other then J/L what other methods are we testing and what results can we expect? I don't think we can expect any other results anytime soon. Most if not all moneys I believe are being spent on getting out the J/L numbers. Think of it this way. There is only so much to go around. Either you give three labs insufficient funds to do the job, or you give one the proper funding the get the job done. 9 Is Sid stepping aside? Only Sid knows. Since stepping aside implies a voluntary thing 10 Anyone know why we have been trading better lately with no real news? This is your most perplexing question of all.... This is Naxos. There is no other explanation! I hope at least some of this was helpful. Tom F.
