Local SBA chief (Phoenix) was on afternoon radio talk show on Y2K effect
on small business and banking. Advice: Keep statements, question
compliance of suppliers and bankers, etc.
I've gotten brochures from World S & L and Norwest Bnk. Neither
is "certified," World is testing, Norwest still "working" on changes
at all their branches! Target is year-end.
