As shown by 3D Winbench98 numbers, the K6-2 does rather
well with DirectX6.0. The numbers were taken off of the
processor.org site.

CPU 3D Winbench 98:
K6-2 450Mhz (112x4) 1367
K6-2 450Mhz (100x4.5) 1329
Celeron(A) 450Mhz (100x4.5) 997

Obviously, both the CeleronA and K6-2 were overclocked in
these tests. But it gives a good indication of relative DirectX
performance with the PII which performs very similarly to the
CeleronA (clock-for-clock).
