why Dell is drifting around

I certainly don't have the persuasive skills of Kemble. When the market tanks and they are practicly giving Dell stock away I tell all my friends that they should buy. They say Well, I don't know, its a lot of money, it already went up and look how far down it is.. . After a few months they see it go up up up and then they buy, Of course it's just about time for another dip.

Dell is between the last dip and the next up up up so they are all still saying I know I should have bought it but now it's recovered and its a lot of money. They do it every time.

<<just heard that IBM hit record high. Yet Dell is sitting at 57 +/-1>>

You seems to forget DELL current stock price is more than 3X of its 52 week low; while IBM's so-called new high is less than 1X of its 52 week low.
