*AV*--operative word is Suspicious. I do not think we are out of the woods yet and that we still have one or two hurdles in front of us. With thast said, we are getting very close to the 6 month market mentality.

You know, the market tends to react 6 months to a year ahead of reality in the various sectors. While most of the Wall Street pundits have moved from 3rd/4th QTR this year, way out to 4th QTR99 and 1st QTR 2000, I am still end of 2nd QTR99 for my predicted recovery. that puts me 2 months out from my target. I am not a psychic nor ydo I claim to be 100% precise. Therefore, within a margin of error, we could be at the turning point. I say we already saw the bottom and scraping along its bottom. I also see some good indicators that things are starting to turn around. The lead sleddogs are starting to show strength even to the point that some anomalies are occurring. AMAT is selling at a discount to NVLS??? WOW!!!

some of the fundamental players are starting to show strength. CYMI and ASMLF fall into that category.

BTW-it looks as if FSII is going to be taken over after all. I wonder where this wa first discussed<GGG>. And I do not think it was here.<GGG> that's the trouble with spreading yourself thin these days.

And yes, Thank goodness for a comprehensive newsletter that collates all these items together<GGG> Didn't think I could refrain from the plug?? Well, you were right<GGG>.
