Also, the 12 million line of credit from Bristol cannot be touched until Firamada becomes fully reporting to the SEC. The time frame for this is undeterminable. Randy wants Firamada to become profitable first and foremost and that is his focus.

I just have three questions

1. Is the original debt owed to the IRS and the State of Texas still unpaid? The interest on these types of debt are horrible. I assumed that all of the hyping of this stock was done to generate cash to pay off this debt. It would make sense since failure to pay payroll withholding taxes is one of the debts the IRS can levy against the principals of a company. I would have thought this would frighten Artif.

2. Under the payment agreement to the IRS for Myriad's past due withholding taxes, is interest and penalty accruing at the normal rate or was a deal cut with the IRS to minimize any penalities?

3. Has FAMH created a 3 year strategic plan yet? Do they even have a BUDGET!!!???

Any insight would be appreciated
Kool Guy

Hi Fedster

Thanks for all your work. Again I just look for your posts because they have information in them. Just one question. Randy said FAMH now has a o/s 4 times the number at the end of 1997. Does that mean 160 million or is my pea brain getting confused.

Freddie: What does this statement mean?

<<The IRS is being paid off on time which will be paid off in Dec.>>

Your last response about monthly payments is what I have already assumed but the above statement by you is a mystery to myself as to what will be paid off in Dec? ;>)

Freddie, do you think the AG or SEC, or both, will pretty much have to take action against FAMH as long as Arif is involved in any way with the co?

I do.

Freddie, what happened to the PR you referenced a little while back:

...Randy stated sales have increased every month since his arrival and the PR in a couple days will detail this....

thanks--
