Calls were made to confirm earnings dates for 50 companies from BOTH Newsletters. We called all companies after the close. I have the correct earnings date for this whole week, even whether they report before or after the close. For the following week October 27-30 I was able to get about 50% and the other 50% I left messages because it was getting late and offices were closed From experience, the investor's relations department is very efficient about calling. This is good because it for week beginning on october 27 we will have all dates ready before this week is out. The bad part is that about 25-30% of all the dates we had were wrong. We still made do because we looked at the stock when it trended but it will be much better having accuracy. I use a service that costs money but it is not their fault, because companies often change their dates. I will be updating both newsletters this evening even though they won't be complete. It will be on the same line as the company and the trading price. Next season this will done starting from Mid December, and all dates will be confirmed. That should bring the newsletter to 100% accuracy. That is more than even analysts/brokers are privy to... As I said there will be different pricing structure by Mid December to enable to add all kinds of upgrades to the Market Gems service. All subscribers up to then will be grandfathered in at old price for 1998-1999.
