This game playing with the fiscal plan date is nerve wracking. We've got the official position "don't know when" continually keeping expectations present, with what appear to be official leaks suggesting no way till next week.

Anyone think we'll see some kind of announcement this week? Almost sounds like they're meeting tonight to make a decision.
