Insiders are not selling at this depressed stock price. In fact, one insider bought at a significantly higher stock price this summer. The proof will be in what trades will occur this month as insiders cannot trade during the last month of the quarter.

Yes it was some time ago but what bothers me is that
several times the insider sale was paired to a purchase of option stock for pennies,so wonder how much more dilution lies ahead.
