Question is if they are inspired why would they use Mary in one and Joseph in the other. Why list a genealogy for the mother when all others were of the male ilk? There were many other questions why not answer them?

If Sam had eyes to see he could not have missed that it is recorded Matt 1:16 16 And Jacob begat Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ. Jacob is the father of Joseph It does not read that Joseph begat Jesus.!! Luke's geneology records the lineage of Jesus through the the male line of Mary. Mary's Father was Heli who was the son of Joseph.(Another Joseph Sam) Sam notice that there are no begats! So there it is both a legal and biological record and right to the Messiahship!
