Interesting article despite a math error: 1.4-.13=1.27 not 1.37!

I don't believe return on equity means much but DELL's return on fixed assets is spectacular.

I use a much higher equity premium for DELL - something like 12% - beta*6.5%

That's why I come up with a low valuation for DELL.
