tippet the mood has changed on a dime, every one proclaims a new bull. I just wonder to the logic. As to Prechter they just were not polite. BEARS ON CNBC VERBOTEN As to IBM and MSFT, lately they run the stock into earnings and then trash them. There is so much manipulation that is difficult to gauge any direction of particular stocks. See SUNW for example, or HWP. IMHO there are to many TA and experts which adds a lot of noise. At least ROS is advancing nicely. BWDIK Haim
