Well,

Looking at CMPC, and looking at the sales of stock during the quarter (looks like only SYBS and DOCC), I think Safeguard's earnings could be as low as $0.09 per share.

That being said, I still think earnings DO NOT MATTER with Safeguard. However, what I say does not matter with the market. And, of course, the big question is "where are the rights offerings?" Like David, I'm out of SFE temporarily, but will buy tomorrow if it's down.

Anyone have a different idea about the earnings?
