Yes. I think it is all pretty much true, but from very different angles. The aren't using WINR yet. I too found nothing on any of their sites to demonstrate WINR being used. But they will likely start using them soon. From what I gather, it will be one or two sites to start off with. It will likely build from that point once it is determined that things are flowing smoothly. CFG is under the impression it is somewhere around a dozen or so sites. But the Cyberbookie employee I spoke with said they service over 300 sites. My interpretation, and I could be wrong, is that WINR will definitely be used on the actual TISS owned sites (the employee wouldn't tell me the exact number), but will be offered to the rest as part of the TISS package to independently owned affiliates. That is where Daddy Big's post comes in. www3.techstocks.com. WINR will eventually be one of the different systems offered to the independent casinos that sign up with TISS. The only way we will know for sure is when WINR releases a PR or there is some physical change to one of TISS's sites. Conference will be a nice showcase to state's attorneys and businesses/vendors. I am hoping we will get a copy of his speech.
