Hogger while you are at it you could finally get off the pot and admit that the Exclusive License to Export is nothing but a lie that you were abetting. Your friend Domingos has already backed off and characterized it as a "Special Permission to Explore". And that copy you have is a Health Department document that has nothing to do with any exclusive commercial export rights of anything.
