Where are you seeing this??? I'm showing a decrease in retained earnings of around $200MM and an increase in stock of around $118MM.

You and Alien need glasses!

For the nine month period total equity decreased from $432,389MM to $350,789MM and retained earnings decreased from $99,315 to <$99,590> -- that's a decrease of 198,905!!!

That's the cost of all of those acquisitions and write-offs for in-process R&D.
