Scott, my previous conversations with management have shown to me that their acquisition process was a well thought-out one; I believe it was from a few quarters back that they mentioned they were looking for acquisition targets. Only now have they been able to find one at both the right price and one that they expect to be accretive to earnings. That was a big focus in past conversations: an acquisition that would be accretive to earnings, and would allow the company to leverage their sales base. It may be a good idea, however, to have a point/counterpoint with management to see why they felt the acquisition was one that was "headed in the right direction." Regards, Rainier
