Let me ask you a question then. When have you ever seen LFZA stock this low? It is rare. And I believe the people that get in now and decide to hold for three to six months will make a decent profit, possibly a solid double. You know how the Company operates obviously, and you know that they show promise, and even I will agree with you on the fact that they may have dropped the ball in the past. But lets be reasonable here. This is a relativly young company that is still (regardless of what the management thinks) in the development stage. Management is the key to a successful company, and maybe you're right. Maybe the Company needs a little kick in the ass to get going. But I assure you, when that day comes, and they get that kick, this will be a profitable entity. As far as you go, I think that it would be wise decision to call them again and be a little bit more persistent with helping the company with the situation that they are in. What is it that you do exactly? And why Pro Bono? I'll be waiting to hear back from you.

I just read your post and I would like you to call Jeff Chatfield toll free at 888-282-6255. He does IR work for the company and can answer all your questions as well as get you on the phone with management if you wish. They have had some set backs because of Ford and Italy. But there will be a press release wed. 28th giving an update. I know the company would love your help if you have not lost interest.
