DL - I am calling them to ask about the McCain Bill, how they would have voted if the bill went to a full vote. Also, I am asking about their opinions on tobacco in general, the original tobacco proposed settlement, whether they think the govt should increase taxes on tobacco, etc. Any people running in my district that are anti-tobacco will have me to deal with. I've got a lot of other 20-somethings voting as well, they not only are smokers, but also hate politics (though I suppose that is true of just about everyone nowadays.

Like I've said before, I may not like smoking, but its legal. And like others have said, these lawsuits are frivolous, and our legal system is a joke.
