<institutions are selling a lots of shares of CSCO recently> very likely that they've been monitoring SI CSCO thread, IMO, one possibility is by checking the startups such as Extreme, Foundry, Packet Engines, Avici, netCore and Juniper; and found out that a good number of csco customers had switched to them or are seriously considering to switch. It's not hard to check, one can visit their web sites or call them up for reference customers.
