I have to agree with you, except that I would settle for 2 good offerings per year. But why quibble?

NAV is $19.54, so we've got a $2 premium still. Remember for tomorrow, that whatever SFE's earnings are, for every $0.25 change in CMPC, Safeguard's NAV is affected $0.20. So, if CMPC does drop by $1-2, then expect SFE to drop $$0.80-1.60 - and that's only if they make their earnings, which I now seriously doubt.

I don't even want to guess, but I'd like to be ready. I'm thinking that you might be able to get SFE for $16 tomorrow.

Any comments? David, would you buy at that?
