I agree with your observation. The "quiet" mode DGIV is engaged in at this time may signify that ongoing negotiations may be at an "interesting" point. DGIV may decide to let the signed contracts do their talking. They know that with the signed contracts will come the investors, and perhaps they are close enough to that time that they will be in a "stealth" mode till then.
After this period of "silence", Imagine the surprise when contract announcements are made!!!! I can't wait!!!

i agree with Bullmarket and risk-averse..dgiv is moving toward signing-contract phase. we all know that JC is real, and has ability to reach his goal. low price at this point is disappointing, but its glory day will return some time soon.

long-term investors will gain down the end.

p.s. bullmarket..how do u like your new place?

You are correct, clearly they are being more cautious then before, since a previous string of press releases were long on promises and, since then, void of any meaningful results, viz, contracts, revenues, etc. I am surprised that most of you seem to be satisfied just to wait for contract announcements. To judge this investment properly, audited financials must be released, to see if the company has any positive cash flow, any operating capital, or is, perhaps, operating day to day on loans from who knows who. What happened to the testing of the installed gateways, for example, a progress report would not be too much to expect? Without those gateways in operation, there will be no revenues. Credibility takes a lot more than one or two signed contracts. Contracts do NOT speak for themselves, independent of other verifiable facts.
