Intel better get their butt together and come up with the 7th
generation CPU. The PII is 5 yr old architecture. They are 5 YRS
behind in designing CPU. Also they need to improve their process.
I heard AMD will use SOI and copper to get their CPU running at 1GHz
next year. Hate to see you get lay off.

Intel has a 2 year advantage in process technology? Hmmm, rewriting history, are we?

Did Intel's 0.25 micron output exceed their 0.35 micron output in June, 1996?

Did Intel begin using local interconnect in 1995?

How many 350 MHz processors did iNTEL sell in 3Q'96?
