Thread, any thoughts on TGAL? Trading at lessthan cash, it looks like a takeover target. Eventually we should see some sort of consolidation, no? Comments?

Brian, In my own case, I've realized some capital gains(net) and have not yet covered them with offsetting capital losses - something that I have far too many of. ... and I'm not a trader. As I strongly believe that it's a criminal act of abject stupidity to unnecessarily pay more taxes than necessary, I, for one, will be joining the tax selling crowd, once my 30 day window has expired. I doubt that I'm unique in still needing to realize some offsetting capital losses. FWIW, Ian
