I wonder what ever made Cramer think he was immune from capitulation in the first place. In retrospect his "get out" call, and the Ron Insana's CNBC mention of a Fed conference call taking place, signaled the bottom. Perhaps Cramer, Berkowitz was a bit overleveraged at the time. In any case, the tardy apology did have a respectful contriteness to it.

For me, Cramer marked the bottom of 1998, something I will not forget...what a crock!! At least Acampora got out in August, Cramer got out at the bottom! What a nightmare! And this is a guy that people listen to? He has a lot to prove, before I spend my money on TSC, to read the shit he writes? What a joke!
