Bill: We shall see what the ides of November have in store. The oil service stocks acted beautifully today -- down just a tad depite a huge plunge in oil prices and a 20% surge in the stocks last week. That is what I mean by acting well in the face of bad news. When we see this kind of action in the gold shares, they will be ready to fly. But until then, more of the same. Still too damn many weak holders unfortunately.

Sure it's manipulated....for now but in 1999 gold will rise for the "right" reasons.
