Off Topic, sort of
I heard an analyst on the radio today talking about the BP-amaco merger. He said that there would be a shortage of oil in the next ten years and it would not be curable like the one in the seventies. He seemed to think oil companies would merge to be larger and have more clout in changing industrialized countries priorities about oil exploration and the environment.
But the relevant points he made are that oil products are used for so many products we dont have a clue how disastrous this will be for many industries. I wondered what you thought and what this might mean (if there is any credance in it) for DELL.
