Excellent post...I think Maurice should be well aware of your arguments, we've all tried to make them before. Given the opportunity to dilute the stock from a higher price position, the company will do it again. They all usually do. Your arguments are right on, thanks!

Thanks for the comments Victor. I don't think from what people say that they have understood the points I've made. I won't bore you with my reasoning on not buying Techniclone now, but your suggestion is not one of my reasons.

The idea of people making money despite wrong assumptions and incorrect conclusions is true enough. I've told the story before of 100 monkeys investing, so won't bore more.

Since flogging dead horses is pointless if not cruel, I'll leave you to it and accept that nobody owning TCLN wants a reverse split. I just vote with my feet and pick up bargains when I see them lying around.
