Sonki. Nice buy on AOL. We can help each other. AOL and RNWK. gg.

Tomorrow it is Msft's turn in the GOV case.

Hope Super Tuesday does not bring any bad surprises. Earnings of cos. reporting so far so good.

Hello Sonki. Where are you? Nice surprise on WLA stock today after Cramer from Street com badmouthed the drugs this morning: PE wise.

biz.yahoo.com

Back to the suit against Msft. I listened to the CEO of Cypress yesterday on that subject. He feels that those Silicon cos. who support that suit are totally wrong. He said those Antitrust laws are totally out of whack today and should actually be abolished. Things worked diff. in the eighteen hundreds when they were written. Today competition will be there if you have the right product. He says that those whining CEO's should bring out competitive products instead of gaining an advantage through litigation. He also said that you don't have to use windows if you don't want to. Go with Apple's new product if you don't like Msft's way. He thinks a company will not succeed today if other cos. don't like their tactics.

I heard others in the business mention that the GOV is barking up the wrong tree and the only thing it will accomplish is to give Lawyers extra work and make sure that we spend taxpayers money on holding successful companies back. As far as the consumer is concerned. Where is the beef on being hurt by higher prices? I get Windows and now Netscape's Navigator free. And I still use the Navigator. Msft's bundling has not stopped me from using the Navigator. If I can find the Navigator I am sure other Novices can. gg.

If Java succeeds and hurts Msft, maybe the GOV can go after Sunw then. gg.
