The real story is that ASND is back to stay, after a difficult period.
All this talk about a penny here and a penny there is nitpicking and
really meaningless for LT investor.

I am long ASND, however, on Oct. 9, when ASND was at 42, I sold Oct. 50 calls for 5/16. At night, I checked my order status and it showed that it was filled; my account activity record also showed the transaction. Today, I looked at my account activity, and to my amazement, I found out that on Oct. 13 I had covered my position.

I called my broker and they investigated and said it was a mistake, however, they can not do anything about it. It looks like on Oct. 13 they sold me somebody else's calls that was about to expire without my knowledge!!
Don't you think that I have a legal case? I am going to wait till tomorrow and if my account is not credited, I will take legal action.
