Broadcom Purchases Additional Catalyst Test System for Testing Cable Modem Systems-on-a-Chip

BOSTON, Oct. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- SPECIAL TO INTERNATIONAL TEST CONFERENCE. Teradyne, Inc. TER announced today that Broadcom Corporation, a leading developer of integrated circuits enabling high-speed broadband communications to the home and business, has purchased a Catalyst Superchip test system for testing of its single-chip cable modem devices. This system adds to the Catalyst test system capacity already in use at Broadcom and its subcontractors.
