Ah yes, thanks for that extract, I don't receive it. Interesting about the post-colonial French view, they certainly seem to have an anti-US bias.

I'm still intrigued about the possibility of a Russian/Japanese rapprochement, and of course the perennial Chinese/Japanese also Korean/Japanese posturing.

Perhaps you'll be able to convert your Ringgits to Yen soon.
