You must have a VERY slow connection (dial-up I presume) or trade some very fast stocks. Do what you have to--move to another state, but get cable or ADSL. Actually, I think except for a very small minority, daytrading may be mostly myth, and those who do well understand stocks and the market, and the in and out trading is a very small part.
