Almost every Lockheed press release out...now mentions Comsat...and Lockheed's satellite unit...into which Comsat will eventually be merged...the Lockheed unit is called...Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications...That seems okay...and that unit will eventually combine everything...satellite...that Lockheed has...and that unit may IPO spin-off at some point in time...(But Comsat shareholders will have received Lockheed shares...first)...

Now...Comsat has expense share and revenue share of Intelsat and Inmarsat...part of Intelsat is going private company next month and then a IPO in the spring...while Inmarsat is going IPO in the spring...

So the total package...looking forward...is three IPO's and a merger!

The long term trend will be increasing demand for bandwitch,
so profits will depend on how much supply will be put on line
and whether that supply will exceed or fall short of
demand.
