It seems as if the Market perceives another buying spree about to occur amongst the DRAM makers given the moves made by MU and Samsung recently.

If the perception is wrong, then lots of $ will be scalped from the equipment stocks that have moved up recently.

If however the perception is right, only god will be able to help those caught short.

FWIW,
Ian.

<<<Why not try to scalp a few points from semi-equips that have had a bigger run(NVLS,TER)?>>>

I like to stick to Cymer and a few other stock when trading. Cymer and AMAT have always made me money that way, while other stock like ORB have caused me nothing but trouble. Its kind of like i'm more on the wave lenght with CYMI/AMAT market then with others. I've shorted Cymer at 17,16,15,14,12,11 before and covered with in a point or two, using about 20% of my account each time. Call me crazy, but this time I shorted about 130% of my account into AMAT and Cymer.
