Kemble, I sat in on a teleconference between a Dell sales rep. and a real estate office updating their computer systems. The folks in the office didn't know what they needed so I spent about 20 minutes finding out how they use their computer now and into the future. We got a configuration worked out so now they can consider if they want to go with Dell. It was strange being a shareholder sitting in with a prospective customer for the company I don't work for. The sales rep. was surprised too. :o) I lost another catalog in the effort, Pat
