how many times have you corrected someone on the Yahoo board that erroneously stated that the NYSE listing is a done deal? Off of the top of my head, I can only think of one such posting, and when I questioned the poster on his source, he stated that he had contacts w/ NYSE employees.the move to the NYSE, assuming it's happening, doesn't clear LBOR of any of the allegations against it... So...how would one clear up the allegations to your satisfaction, Kevin? So far co. mgmt. has issued public stmts. there is no truth to them. Arthur Andersen has stated that they, in the course of their audit and review engagements w/ LBOR, witnessed no wrong doings. BDO Seidman before them said the same. But obviously, none of these stmts. are to your satisfaction. So again, how does one provide substantiation that the allegations are false when you won't take any stmts. offered up so far? (Of course, it's my opinion that the majority of the shorts here have their minds made up, and screw anything that tries to shake their beliefs...)...your followers on the Yahoo board... My followers? You flatter me. But no, I'm not operating a cult of personality like a certain two or three shorts I've previously named in my messages here. The only reason why some people pay attention to what I say is that I have done a lot of research into the co., allowing me to substantiate what I say based on such research. This is in contrast w/ pulling 'facts' out of a hat as per usual here...The biggest problem with your "nothing to see here, move along", is that you have to believe that LBOR was somehow chosen for targeting at random out of the thousands of small stocks out there. Random targetting? You make me laugh...
