Carole glad you are fine. Went through a similar situation a few years back when the mighty miss decided the banks were not going to hold her. Bet DD wishes he lived in SA right now. Are you positive that getting everything ready for the seminar is not going to be asking too much? I know what we had to go through to get our town back in shape and it was not an easy job. If you have too much on your hands just say so. ht david
