Len, I went there and downloaded it and it is SP3. The file was almost 18 gig and named nph-ntfinal.exe. There wasn't any other option to download. Did you get SP4 or did I download the wrong file?

I just now did an FTP search on the file named listed in the readme you noted. Filename = sp4i386.exe It seems to be available on several FTP sites. Heres one.This may be SP4.
