Rich- This company has come too far too fast. Selling AI won't be all that easy, and they still have to prove that they can deliver on the Celera project. I wouldn't short it because too many things can go right, but the current price is too rich for me. Re: the Amersham suit. It's probably just another typical suit that will be settled by cross-licensing or something like that. PKN hasn't set aside any reserves for the suit, so they probably don't think it will bite them. pg
