I too have taken a different track. I will not invest on the NASDQ. I think there are too many companies such as CAI just sucking up the investor's money and then screwing them. CAI spent more time, effort and money, (their legal expenses must be out of sight) on making themselves rich than any effort to grow the business. In my mind they are crooked and will probably screw the investors in the new company they are starting. It really drives home the point that the small investor, if they want to maintain their capital, don't invest in a company like CAI. These guys should be in jail - talk about white collar crime, I have just received an education on how it works.
