Not a single data networking companies own this technology nor are they expect in this DWDM technology.

Both NT and LU develop, market and sell DWDM equipment. In fact, its these companies that are largely responsible for CIEN's current troubles, with many people thinking that CIEN will have a difficult time keeping margins up, and providing sales coverage, to match these major players.
