DGIV shares have been dumped, shorted, depressed, and pressed upon due to a world wide credit crunch. There are alot more factors involved in the stock price than a lack of contracts. Most of this has been unwound over the last four months. How much there is left is anybodys' guess? I perceive that we have developed a technical base and are now on an upswing. Does anybody out there chart the candlesticks?

Just a further example of how hard the internet telephony sector has been hit this year. Despite this announcement Vocaltech only moved up .75 to 7.75. This stock traded as high as 35.125 this year!
